Pigmentan EMX
ENVIRONMENTAL FRIENDLY DIRECT SUBSTITUTE FOR BASIC ZINC PHOSPHATE
Pigmentan MX is a low cost, high performance, environmentally friendly, direct (1:1) substitute for basic Zinc Phosphate. It is suitable for use in primers for both ferrous and non-ferrous metals.
Pigmentan MX is non toxic and contains no Zinc, Chrome, or other heavy metals, and does not require hazardous labelling.
Properties
A white non-refractive anticorrosive pigment for metal primers based on alkyd, two-pack epoxy, polyurethane or polyester binders.
Provides excellent performance and cost effectiveness especially on ferrous metals.
Recommended to substitute basic zinc phosphate at 1:1 weight ratio with superior performance.
